Move NerdPress Top Menu Item #334

Lori from foxeslovelemons.com asked us to move the placement of the NerdPress menu item in the top bar because she keeps "Clearing the Site Cache" by mistake when editing a post.

@blogtutor What do you think of making it standard to have the NerdPress menu item towards the end? Maybe after the Load Data?

The load data only shows to NP users. (Notice it's not in her screenshot). The orange one is coming from a debug plugin (I think it's debug bar?).

If we move ours over, the debug bar (which she probably doesn't need/shouldn't have all the time anyway) will be there instead. And if she removes debug bar, then WP Rocket will be in that spot.

Won't she have an issue regardless of what's there?
