Improvement: Device information dialog is no longer modal #28

There is no real need for the dialog mentioned in the title to be modal. It doesn't require any action that results in a modification of a behavior. It is also a good idea to add the serial number to the title of that dialog, so it is possible to keep track of the relation between the dialog and the device it refers to.
