Testing Instructions

Verify that all items for /wp-admin/admin.php?page=automattic&static=start have been fixed.

I think we're missing this fix:

The "Get it on WordPress.com" link colour should be var( --wpcom-migration-primary-bg ). Can we remove the underline when you hover over it?

I swear I did that 😭 . Anyway, it's there now.
