Download and install the plugin. You could use jurassic.ninja for a quick environment setup.
Go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=automattic&static=migration-cancelled.
Compare the page to the design. Having small differences should be fine, IMO.
Make sure it looks good on mobile and the different browsers.

Nice work! this looks great. I have some minor comments:

Can we remove the Having trouble? Let us take over text + link at the bottom of the right column?
When someone clicks on the contact us text link, can we send them to the tools > import > migrate site flow for the site they purchased the upgrade on?
when you press Restart Migration button, can we go to the plugin landing page?
