Actual behaviour

What happens, what malfunction do you see? Please describe as detailed and good as possible, it helps us to narrow down the scope and start debugging.

I'm having trouble enabling Google Messages Chat Features (RCS) when Blokada is enabled. It doesn't seem to be a filter list (Energized) issue because nothing I whitelist fixes it and even if I disable adblocking but keep Blokada active it still doesn't work. And enabling the default DNS doesn't work either. Confirmed that adding the app to the whitelist fixes it. Please add it by default in the next update

Expected behaviour

What would you expect to happen instead of the one you see? RCS to turn on. @peterroth previously said:

the RCS apps are set on allow list by default

So please add this to default bypass.

Let us know how can we get the same result that you have. If it happened only once, please check if you can get the same misbehaviour again. Don't report one-time-only glitches.

RCS doesn't require Messages to be bypassed. RCS services were set to bypass with this pull request (current status: merged): https://github.com/blokadaorg/blokadaorg.github.io/pull/31

This is strange because I reported the issue in February 2020 (in Telegram) that I couldn't enable RCS without whitelisting the messenger app. The commit you reference was merged on July 2019. And when I go to enable RCS now it works. I'm confused.

@peterroth I just installed Blokada on a new phone and RCS wasn't working on Google Messages until I whitelisted it. I thought that this was fixed by default. Seems to be a regression.
