There are 2 ways: 1.) Blokada os compatible with Tasker, you can automatically turn off Blokada if given conditions are met 2.) you can turn off Blokada manually. In v5 there's a big switch, in v4 there's a smaller switch on the main screen.

I'd prefer not to use another app just to quit Blokada.

Yeah, I know how to switch it off. My problem is that only disables Blokada, but doesn't quit it. The notification telling me that Blokada is running is still there. That's why I'd like an exit button.
Title already says it all - an exit/quit/close button would be nice.
Don't get me wrong, most users probably want to run Blokada 24/7 in the background. However, there are use-cases where you want Blokada to be only available under defined circumstances. E.g., I've got a pihole running in my local network, and don't need Blokada to be running while I'm connected to my home's wifi (Note: Automatically enable/disable depending on the connection type might be a second feature request).
So, yeah, a Button to quit Blokada completely would be nice as an easy solution for my problem.
