[feature request] more information in 'Actions' #834

It would be very helpful to see which lists are blocking server requests. In version 5.8.0 you can see information in the activity tab like 'number of occurences' and time but no related blocklist.

To see the name of the apps would be helpful as well, so you know which app triggerd the blocking actions.
