No Blocklist active after 5.9.0 Update #838

I just updated from Blokada 5.8.0 to 5.9.0 and after checking everything I noticed that the previous default Blocklist "Energized Blu" seems to be gone from the list and the new OSID was not enabled by default, so Blokada was not blocking anything.

Settings: I don't have Cloud Backup enabled

What did you expect to happen: Either not remove the default Blocklist, or explicitly warn the User that his default Blocklist is removed with the update and he has to choose a new one.

Just to be clear - I manually activated the new OSID blocklist now after the update and Blokada is running fine. I want this issue to track the bug, so that it does not happen again with new updates/other users.
