The original link https://go.blokada.org/chat will redirect to https://community.blokada.org/t/welcome-to-our-community/155, instead of Telegram.

Somehow this PR doesn't look right, @BobIsMyManager not sure if you'd like to revise it? Or I can send a new one if you don't want to ;)
