Add some AhaDNS DNS servers with DNS over https enabled

As I know only json based query is supported here from this commend: #836 (comment), you can verify that it supports json query by visiting these urls:

• https://doh.chi.ahadns.net/dns-query?name=blokada.org&type=a&ct=application/dns-json
• https://doh.au.ahadns.net/dns-query?name=blokada.org&type=a&ct=application/dns-json
• https://doh.nl.ahadns.net/dns-query?name=blokada.org&type=a&ct=application/dns-json
• https://doh.no.ahadns.net/dns-query?name=blokada.org&type=a&ct=application/dns-json

@kar I've updated my Blockada to the latest v5.21.0, which should include this patch, but I didn't see the options of AhaDNS, not sure if there's anything I missed that makes it not usable? Thanks again!

Not sure if it's because that I install Blockada from F-Droid, been told that the version on GitHub has AhaDNS, but shouldn't them be the same?
