[Feature Request]disable all network traffic coming from a specfic app

Hey @kar, I am kindly drawing your attention to this feature request.

Motivation for this feature would be to disable network traffic for apps:

• Since some apps don't need it for core functionality, but they do make some network traffic (even in background).
• Even when apps require internet access at some point, it would be good if we can block network traffic until moment when we need it

This would be possible to implement on android since there are some app out there with this functionality.
