We need to simplify the installation process as much as possible. To this end:

[ ] Package BLonD, distribute with pip, verify correct installation in Linux, Windows and MacOS.
[ ] Document manual installation process in Readme, better if it uses setup.py or pip install .
[ ] Limit the external dependencies and possibly the need for local compiling of the BLonD C++ library.
