Windows build fixes, datafils path's are now configurable

Please do not use:

__restrict__, use __restrict - kills windows builds
or and that are not defined on windows and in C++ standard

Now one can set paths to datafiles for tests and most of the demos

To set data refrence files path's one can set -DDATAFILES_DIR_DEMOS and -DDATAFILES_DIR_TESTS.

Tested use of CLion IDE on Linux:

please add -DABSOLUTE_DATA_PATHS=True to embed absolute test data path's instead of default relative to build forder
Use Tool | CMake | "Reset cache and reload project" to clear or edit cmake defines
