Fix incorrect flag for country "Kosovo", add new identifier "capital" to Country and fix some typos and comments. #37

While using the API I noticed a problem regarding the flag of the country "Kosovo, it was incorrect. I have swapped out the incorrect flag for the correct one. While I was at it I also fixed a few typos and comments here and there.
