What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download project
2. install
3. go to //quizbaker/report/
4. view quiz scores

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a page is not shown, instead an error
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0239' 

Cannot process file 

/report/report.css, line 1 

UNICODE ASP files are not supported. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
quizbaker 1.1 with MS Access on Win7 Enterprise
