Make start fragment clickable but not back fragments - more elegant way than the current fix #37

Current fix is

change the visibility of start fragment to GONE when not visible, and to visible when there,
clicakble and focusable have been left to true so the clicks dont go through at start - thats really shitty
look at why fragments that are "hidden" still trigger clicks, or their layout still there

start fragment layout set to clickable, not its container (which doesnt hide), the problem was that when you hide the actual frame layout was not hiding, it was the fragment inflated layout
