make speed changes affect video immediately - there is a delay #8

So, when I play around with the speed, I can see that: its only a small portion of the buffered region that doesnt update the playback params in time to change the speed. So have a look at methods that rebuffer video or something so that everytime there is a speed change do that.

As suggested in the exoplayer issue, I used a setAudioEncoderPlaybackParams thing with a DefaultRendererFactory but even though it does make the speed changes much quicker (not instant) the whole speed thing becomes clunky, so waiting for update from Andrew, assigned to my issue, for a solution. More info in link to the issue above

issue was fixed but still same problem so reported back - waiting answer

Just sound at this point, but not sure if wanted, slow mo sound sucks plus you can listen to music while watching
