Add "Resource Viewer" graphviz section #1

Would be extremely nice to add a section on the individual Helm release page (similar to pod "Resource Viewer") that creates a graphviz of all of the resources tied to a specific release

@blaise-sumo thanks for sharing - I believe Octant plugin system has its own visualization component
