Also, should we have any filtering method in the package?

Opening a new thread for this. I'm not sure I understand at which step you'd like to add filtering methods. Do you mean at the time of processing the traces prior to inputting them into the neural network for prediction? Or do you mean some way of filtering the output of the neural networks themselves?

At the input.

at the output, maybe the majority voting you have done could be added?

We can keep this as a feature to add later, perhaps, once the rest of the package (visualisation, etc) is done. I haven't written up the majority voting as a function - I will do that and share it with you so that you can add it at the necessary place.
