Scene Explorer drag handle out of screen, can't see half the window #29

I played with larger and smaller screen resolutions, now I have ModTools' SceneExplorer rect out of screen and can't drag it back.

The solution was to delete the config. But would be nice to at least have it snapping back to 0,0 if it goes into the negative.
