Help Center navigation item not highlighted when selected #11

When any of the pages under the Help Center dropdown are selected, the Help Center text should highlight the primary color to show that it is selected as the other navigation bar items do.

QA Notes Env Ensure if you navigate to the Help Center pages, that while those pages are active, the navigation item title appears in a highlighted primary color state.
