Based on the initial engineering documentation of the changed components, generate recommendations for where the theming and/or uptake takes place (local, UIC or Seeds). This should take the following steps:

Assigned engineer can provide initial recommendations in the audit documentation, indicating components that might have questions
Review components with team and discuss open questions there
