Listings Export Does Not Include all Paper Application URLs #3785

On the HBA listings export, not all listings that indicate "yes" to having a paper application have the paper application URLs present in the export. In looking at two sample properties where this was the case, I found that Charter Court in SJ had uploaded their own paper app, but Solaire was using ours. Can we determine why the URL is not populating consistently and how we might remedy that? This is a low priority issue. Screenshot 2023-12-20 at 3.18.46 PM.png

identify what the issue is - are they selecting "paper app" but not uploading?
why do urls have "undefined" in them?
