Bug- radio preferences don't show description #3835

When I create a preference that's considered exclusive (the options show up as radio buttons for an OR selection rather than the check boxes for multiselect AND option), And I add additional details like description or URL link, they don't appear We should see the carrot to expand and see more, same as with the multi-select questions
