This PR addresses doorway issue #(672)
Description
Added remaining free text fields from listing dto to be translated. Also alphabetized translation service array for readability.
How Can This Be Tested/Reviewed?
Login to the partners portal. Create or update a listing and fill out every single free text field. Publish listing. Find listing on public site. Click through the languages and confirm all text is translated with the exception of proper nouns (names, titles, company names, urls).
