Dave in SJ has been running into an issue in Partners where he is unable to scroll down in pop-up windows, limiting his ability to do things like assign listings to partner users. I have not been able to replicate this issue, but its happening for him consistently even after logging out and restarting his computer. I think it's likely that this is somehow user error or related to something like a computer update/mouse problem, but I'd appreciate getting this looked into regardless. This is a low priority issue.
