Bug:

When you make any change to a closed listing, such as changing the lottery date, it is reflected on the history log as "Listing closed by property"

Expected behavior:

Only the following listing should be recorded in the history log

Partner: Listing closed, lottery released, lottery retracted, lottery published
Admin: Listing closed, running lottery, re-running lottery, lottery released, lottery published, lottery retracted

For now, look through statuses manually on the BE If that’s too hard just return the first closed
