Community Type Disclaimer

As a user creating a listing on Partners, I want to be able to add a disclaimer to the application of a listing that is entirely reserved for a particular community, So that people who are not eligible for a listing don't go through the whole application for no reason.

Note:

• Design
• This does not need to show up in the application export

AC:

• Partners user can enter a header for the disclaimer
• Partners user can enter a free text disclaimer on a listing
• The disclaimer/header shows on the first page of the application but is not blocking
• The disclaimer/header translate into the application language
• The header/disclaimer should only show on the application if text is entered
• The header/disclaimer should not be required on listing creation

(If possible)

• If a Partner enters a header, the disclaimer is required
• If a Partner enters a disclaimer, the header is required

Need better validation; no huge technical complexity difference between validation types

1. Will need to add this to automatic translations
2. How can we avoid the situaton we have with due date toggles (people don't realize they've cleared)

Is there a way to show that the title is required if there's a description?

• We can toggle on helper text as it goes
• Can we dynamically toggle it on? Yes (So, "appears as first page of app", "required to")

From a UX perspective, the toggle makes the most the most sense, so let's go with that!

What will happen if they enter text, switch it to no - does it save? Yes based on the toggle, clear it on save
