Add test ids to atoms in seeds #52

In order to target some seeds components within the public and partners site cypress tests, some elements need to be able to be passed test ids.

There is no QA on this ticket needed from the product side.

If there's no product or design QA here, can it be closed? Or does it require technical QA? Do the QA Guidelines we put together cover this scenario or is it a different case?
