Replace FontAwesome with Hero Icons #69

This will unblock https://github.com/bloom-housing/bloom/issues/3397 because we'll have a new open-source icon package to include here with all of the different styles needed.

Per @slowbot:

I'm going to recommend we move forward with Hero Icons for our default open-source icon. It seems to meet all of our current needs.
