Incompatible with ruby2ruby 1.3.1 #250

When Bud is used with ruby2ruby 1.3.1, the tc_temp and tc_wc tests fail.

The tc_wc issue turned out to be a bug in ruby2ruby 1.3.1 -- for now, 5d48d8b31fd7878f0ef05b25a3053f207d8f1245 makes ruby2ruby < 1.3.1 a Bud dependency, until the R2R bug is fixed by upstream.
