Markdown and template cleanup for initial pub

Pull Request Background

Cleaning up markdown, making missing internal links easier to search for, and tidying up the homepage and metadata.

Contributes to #73

What Changed

Replaced docs2md error text with INLINE LINK TK or IMAGE TK
Fixed spacing and bolding around flags
Moved "About this handbook" to the homepage
Changed the title (prev. Guides) to "Bloom Works Employee Handbook"
Made the "home" link in the header go to the handbook homepage instead of the Bloom website
Various and sundry markdown fixes

Tagging @jeffmaher for a quick review of the template/metadata changes here, and @dottiebobottie for awareness! (And @danielhonker to see if I used tagging and labels appropriately in this PR)

@coreycaitlin Oh ha! I totally missed this before I did #112 . Let me merge this in there before moving forward on either.

Meta note: I'm breaking normal PR review rules to get this in with time crunched this week. Risk is low right now, but will adopt better PR review hygiene in the future.
