Description

Add the VPN policy to 'Your first few weeks at Bloom' (at least I think it may go there)

As a Canadian employee, I sometimes need access to US government sites. I want to be able to do this without issue so I can actually get my work done (sorry this is bad but ¯_(ツ)_/¯)
