Changed 6% to 3% regardless of 401k contribution for US

Due to a change earlier this year, our 401k percentages were changed to allot from more time off

In January 2024, 401k match moved to 3%. This needs to be reflected in this link

List any major changes to files and/or project functionality for this project.
