Add unpaid time off to handbook #165

In the time off section of the handbook, add that unpaid time off is an option to use at your discretion, with approval from your manager.

Proposed language: You have the option to take time off without using any of your leave balances. If you choose to do this, make sure you get your manager's approval and mark it as unpaid in Gusto or Remote. Using this is totally your choice. @coreycaitlin does this look okay?
