Describe your changes

Delete preprocessor checks for LLVM_MAJOR_VERSION 6,7:
- LLVM 6 is no longer supported and the interface change the checks wrapped should no longer be an issue
Update example tool name from yourtoolname to example
Add travis Dockerfile to build against llvm-9

Testing performed The following targets have been considered:

ubuntu-18.10 / LLVM 8
ubuntu-19.04 / LLVM 9
RHEL 7.7 / LLVM 8
RHEL 7.7 / LLVM 9
