Fixes #7: Properly documents and implements expectation the location of SPIFFE ID in X509 SVID
Adds to README that currently the plugin only supports X509 SVID documents. Currently the plugin only supports (and expects) X509-SVID documents as described in issue #8. The README has been updated to reflect that current limitation.
