The git config, git attributes, and git ignore need to go in your home directory, not the project repo

They are in the home directory of the git repo and not within the project folder.

Your home directory is where settings get saved for all repos. They won’t have any effect in the repo.

You are also committing xcodeuser files, which apply only to your system, and shouldn’t be in the main repo.
