Bug Report: Entry Door errors on Startup #18

Describe The Bug:

Restart Homebridge and system displays messages about unsupported devices (new since update to 3.x).

OS: Synology DSM

Entry Doors: Unknown accessory!

To Reproduce:

Restart Homebridge

Expected behavior:

No errors on startup Optional Feature request: notification of state change (open or closed) to enable automation.
