Add documentation about how to use the repository based menu in the Spa SDK #117

The documentation is very clear about how to do this in the backend and this works great, unfortunately the created menu structure cannot be used one-on-one as a menu in the frontend as the json structure of an EditableMenuItem is different from that of the normal HstSiteMenuItems. Please add documentation about how to do this.
