[Feature] Improvement

There are some improvements to do.

• [x] Remove Create button
• [x] Remove HTML from agent and helpdesk manager order tree
• [x] Create more rules in ir.model.access.csv
• [x] Finish filling the fields
• [x] Remove Tracked from state
• [x] Hide _partnerid and _companyid order fields
  • Create an element like ir.ui.view for helpdesk.order and insert buttons there
  • Replace the button actions
