Problem

If the website_seo module is installed you can't edit backend and frontend views anymore.

Steps to reproduce

create a new database with the latest v9
install the website_seo module (see #25 "Additional information" for more information)
activate the developer mode in the backend and go to Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Views
open any view, edit something (it doesn't matter what you want to change) and save: the changes won't be applied
open any frontend page, edit the page and save: the changes won't be applied
Expected behaviour
if the website_seo module is installed editing backend and frontend views should always be possible
