Updates for issue 19, 23, 24 #30

19: Update text and translations for German.
23: Update google link when you create a new page and when the URL has more than one SEO level.
24: Allow edit SEO variables for different languages in Promote Panel from default language page.

@kaerdsar Please create a pull request for each issue separately in the future. Because now only #19 is fine. Do it please for #19, #23 and #24. And please create the pull requests in the blooparksystems/website repo with separate branches. It is easier to test.

This merge was an exceptional case. Future changes / fixes will only be merged with a separate pull request for each issue.
