[IMP] avoid use existing url in seo_url like 'blog' (#38) #50

@kaerdsar It works so far. Nicely done.

But I had one issue. After I added an english SEO url for blog.blog I saw that the menu entry was right "/en/blog/blog-en" but if I clicked on the entry I was redirected to "/en/blog". There were no redirect urls and for the german part it worked fine. Can you kook at this, the rest is fine.

@rruebner I did a minor fix for redirect in blog pages but not sure if is exactly what you found. SEO URL in blog pages are working for me.

@kaerdsar The error is gone. I testet it in my existing and in a new database. Review was fine :+1:
