create addon for website_blog to filter blog posts #52

Goal

For an ongoing project we need an addon that can filter blog posts in the blog post overview by three different criteria:

blog post count per page
filter by year
filter latest vs. oldest articles

Criteria

implement filters at the top of the blog posts list
all filters should be html5 select elements
number of blog posts per page: options should be: \ 5/10/15/20
filter by year could possibly use the current archive feature of odoo
blog post order (latest vs. oldest) should use the create date
