Add a button to remove/delete bike from "My Bikes" #18

A way to remove bikes from the My Bikes list is needed. Maybe add a "Delete" button in the "Edit" menu? Probably will require a confirmation dialogue.

I've just pushed out a version to add a delete button to the Edit menu. Enjoy!
