Make the autoconfiguration fail less often when some dependencies are not present:

Allow web applications to not depend on blossom-ui-common
Do not create / depend on an Elasticsearch Client when Elasticsearch is not present

Coverage remained the same at 56.403% when pulling 022c94db919c2f42288572b1dc7dbadef61569d9 on autoconfiguration into 8ba0f5f1259e3a9d701ecd3f7918be9f0e5f2de7 on master.
