Build with OpenJDK 8 #221

Oracle JDK 8 has been out of support for a while, and it seems Travis removed support for it.

This PR switches the build to use OpenJDK 8

Coverage remained the same at 56.403% when pulling 80e529e36ee66c38d2cdf7fd92030396d409bdfe on travis-build-java-version into afcee4a70daee8f6af9547171b857cfd7b355eaf on master.
