Set up Prettier for MDX files #117

With the help center being plain markdown and the docs also likely to be plain markdown, we might not need MDX at all. This could make it even easier and less intimidating for folks not familiar with JavaScript or the JSX syntax while making development simpler since a common architecture/workflow will be deployed across all web properties.
