custom text on custom lock screen #39

the custom text did not work in 1.6, and when it worked in 2.1, i was really 
happy.. but i was toying around with widgetlocker (lock screen replacement), 
and it didn't display it on widgetlocker (yes it's an app.. maybe that's why..)

is there a way to make it display on custom lock screens as well? thanks :)

When you say 1.6 and 2.1, what are you referring to? Android SDK versions?

I have no idea how widgetlocker works.  All the Alarm Klock app does is set the 
global Settings.System.NEXT_ALARM_FORMATTED string.  How it's displayed is 
completely up to whatever application you expect to display it.
